Private Meditation or Yoga Instruction
GUIDED MEDITATION
We will practice a 45 minute guided meditation session using elements of self-inquiry, self-reflection and intention setting. This session also introduces a Vedic mantra or “mind vehicle” to help facilitate going beyond the active level of thinking.
Gentle yoga
Yoga sessions are designed with well-supported restorative poses held for 5 mins or more, creating flexibility in your spine, hips, and heart.
